Refund policy
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item arrives in the wrong size, or
- The item is missing pieces due to a logistics/shipping error
and the customer does not wish to exchange it for a replacement. No refunds will be issued for any other reason, including change of mind.
Return policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is currently in stock (returns are not accepted for out-of-stock or special-order items)
- The original tag is still attached to the item
- The return is initiated within 3 days of receiving the item
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
